The Ordinance was promulgated today as per Article 114 (1) of the Constitution, as per the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, according to the Office of the President.
The Ordinance is expected to meet the scarcity of employees at the provincial and local level by including provisions of incentives as well as of relieving employees not following their deputation orders. RSS
