KATHMANDU, Oct 19: The Election Commission (EC) has issued a seven-point instruction to political parties and candidates to implement the election code of conduct.
On Wednesday, the commission issued seven points of instructions for the election of members of the House of Representatives and members of the provincial assemblies to be held on November 20.
Issuing a statement, Election Commission Deputy Secretary and Assistant Spokesperson Rishiram Bhusal informed political parties and candidates about the seven point instructions.
