DSP Chaudhary promoted

KATHMANDU, Jan 13: The Home Ministry has promoted DSP Dilip Chaudhary to the rank of acting Superintendent of Police on Wednesday.



Chaudhary had sustained severe head injuries after being attacked by protestors in New Baneshwar on the first day of the three-day general strike called by the UCPN (Maoist) on December 20.
