KATHMANDU, August 4: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has welcomed the government's decision to hold elections on November 20.
Addressing journalists of foreign media in Nepal on Thursday, Oli said that the announcement of the election on 20th November is natural and welcome.
