Dahal cut short his speech to half-an-hour. He however claimed that the security situation has improved since “We no longer face security threats and I am hopeful that there would be no such attacks in future.”
Asserting that the attraction toward his party was increasing, Dahal said, “Our party will emerge victorious in the November polls.” He also claimed that his party would secure majority in the coming elections.
Dahal also claimed that holding Constituent Assembly (CA) election was his party´s agenda. He also said that the CA election was the achievement of a decade Maoist insurgency.
