KATHMANDU, Aug 28: District Administrative Office has lifted the imposed curfew in Mahendranagar from five AM on Tuesday morning.
The administration has lifted the curfew, imposed since five days till further notice. The decision came as civil unrest since past few days has come to normal in Mahendranagar.
The marketplace has opened and vehicles have started to operate.
The administration had imposed the curfew from Friday due to civil unrest and continuous protest on the rape and killing of Nirmala Panta.
