KAPILVASTU, Dec 5: Naya Shakti Party (NSP) Nepal Coordinator Baburam Bhattarai has claimed that the constitution amendment motion recently tabled by the government before the parliament is incomplete.
Addressing a political training and party entry program organized by NSN's Interim District Council here on Monday, Coordinator Bhattarai said they have made their stance clear on demarcating two provinces in Tarai on five bases of identity and four bases of capability.
Bhattarai further spoke of the importance of constitution amendment for safeguarding and implementing the constitution.
