LAHAN, Oct 21: The teachers' organizations today shutdown all community schools from early in the morning in Siraha protesting the arrest of agitating temporary teachers.
They have demanded that the temporary teachers arrested during peaceful agitation be freed immediately.

Nepal National Teachers Association, Nepal Teachers Association, Nepal Teachers Forum, Democratic Teachers Union, Madhesi Teachers Forum Nepal, Madhes Teachers Forum Republican, Nepal Teachers Council, All Nepal National Teachers Association, Madhesi Teachers Democratic Forum and United All Nepal Teachers Association issued a statement calling for closure of all the community schools in the district for one day.
