KATHMANDU, Feb 17: Civil Bank has officially signed MOU with F1soft international on Wednesday to enable OMNI channel platform so as to provide one of the finest digital payment solution to the entire customer giving different taste of user experience where customers can self-customize their most preferred payment solution on the go.

According to a statement issued by the bank, users now can experience additional and unique digital services like sending digital cash to non-Bank customers for counter withdrawal, making deposits using digital vouchers, scheduling appointments at the Bank, applying for loans and opening accounts, inquiry about digital banking products, customer segment wise product profiling and many more.


Similarly, with this, even Non-Bank users can receive cash sent from e-cash and get to know about digital banking products of the bank.
