Nepal Bank, F1Soft join hands

KATHMANDU, July 9: Nepal Bank Ltd  has signed an agreement with F1Soft International Pvt Ltd to launch mobile banking services to its customers.



Devendra Pratap Shah, CEO of Nepal Bank Ltd, and Bipul Dhakal, Marketing Director of F1Soft, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.



With the introduction of mobile banking services, customers of Nepal Bank can use their mobile phones to avail banking services such as balance enquiry, transaction alerts, notification and fund transfers, a statement issued by the bank said.



"Additionally, customers will also be able to purchase recharge cards, airtime top ups and make bill payments for Nepal Telecom, Ncell, Broadlink, Dish Home and credit cards services.



As a member of the eSewa Fonepay network, customers of Nepal Bank can also conduct interbank transfers with 40 other member banks and also load their eSewa wallets," the statement added.
