His top score of 77 runs came against Nepal during the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Asia Region Final Qualifiers at Singapore in July last year. He has 36 boundaries and 17 sixes in 12 T20Is.
Bhattarai is excited to have David on board for the experienced batting he can provide on back of his franchise cricket exposure with Scorchers in Big Bash League 2019/20 season. He played seven games for the franchise last season.
“David’s record speaks for itself. He not only has good T20 records but his performance against Nepal proves he can have a great campaign for us in the EPL. He hails from Australian school of cricket further giving impression of his strong mentality regarding big games. We are excited to have him on board.”
