The CIAA has accused Bajracharya of submitting fake and forged certificate of Intermediate level acquired from Bihar Intermediate Education Council, Patna, India in the year 1991 AD, for the purpose of initial recruitment and promotion.
“Therefore, the Commission has filed the charge sheet claiming for maximum punishment under sec 12 and 29 of the former Corruption Control Act, 1961 and sec 16(1) of prevailing Prevention of Corruption Act 2002,” CIAA said in a statement.
