KATHMANDU, Aug 10: Asarfi Tole in Koteshwar, Kathmandu, has been sealed off after some people in the area were recently diagnosed with the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

Four local shopkeepers tested positive for COVID-19 on August 2. Thirteen others were diagnosed with the disease in the course of contact tracing.
