SP Bikram Chand at District Police Office, Kailai said Chaudhary was arrested from his home in Dhangadhi-3 for investigation into Kailali incident in which nine people including eight police personnel were killed.
With the arrest, the number of people held in connection with the carnage has reached 21.
Earlier on Wednesday, police nabbed central member of Madheshi People’s Rights Forum Laxman Tharu, Bikash Chaudhary, Dilip Chaudhary and Likharam Chaudhary.
