KATHMANDU, Feb 21: Chairman of CPN (Maoist Center) and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has appointed Rupak Sapkota as his foreign affairs advisor. Rupak is the son of Agni Prasad Sapkota, former Speaker and Vice Chairman of the Maoist Center.
Sapkota graduated from Renmin University in China with a degree in International Relations. He is also a member of TU's Committee on International Relations and Diplomacy. He was made Deputy Executive Director of the Institute of Foreign Affairs by the then Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
Similarly, Ramdeep Acharya has been appointed as the administration and public relations consultant, and Devendra Parajuli as the public relations expert to the prime minister.
