KATHMANDU, Oct 12: An aftershock measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale rocked central Nepal on Wednesday afternoon.
According to the National Seismological Center (NSC), Lainchaur, the tremor was recorded at 2:14 pm today with its epicenter in Dolakha. The tremor was felt in Dolakha, Ramechhap, Kathmandu and Kavrepalanchowk.
4.6-magnitude aftershock jolts capital
Earlier, an aftershock measuring 4.6 on Richter scale rocked the Kathmandu Valley at 12:53 pm yesterday with its epicenter in Dolakha.
As many as 472 aftershocks have occurred so far following the Gorkha earthquake that devastated Nepal on April 25 in 2015.
