Did you know that there are more than 20, 000 rescued stray dogs at the Kathmandu Animal Treatment Centre (KAT)? KAT is one of the several non-profit centers for the cause of rescuing, treating, and rehabilitating stray dogs.

So why adopt a dog? You know the famous saying: a dog is the best friend of a human being. Shouldn’t we adopt a dog wandering in search of food and shelter? It would be a great help to the humanity if you support the initiative of KAT and other centers like Animal Nepal and Sneha’s Care. They are striving to reduce the number of stray dogs in the capital city, and in return transforming them into a healthier, and rabies-free state. This is definitely the need of the hour. Why just complain and not adopt a rescued dog today?

There are scores of dog lovers who yearn for exotic breeds but frown on stray ones. Let’s adopt a rescued dog today and make their lives better.
