KATHMANDU, Sept 24: Altogether eight players, four men and four women, are set to compete in the 22nd Asian Table Tennis Championship to be held in Pattaya, Thailand from September 26 to October 3.

Male players Deep Saun, Purushottam Bajracharya, Amar Lal Malla and Shiva Sundar Gothe and female players Rabina Maharjan, Swechha Nemwang, Selisha Khadgi and Erika Maharjan will take part in seven different events in the championship.
The players along with Coach Sanjib Kumar Dhungel and manager Sandhya Shakya will leave for Thailand on Friday.
