Seven traditional dancers from Bhaktapur traveled to Thailand on Monday to participate in a program hosted by Embassy of Nepal -- Bangkok, Thailand, to mark Thailand’s National Day on Wednesday.

The Nepali group will be performing Lakhe, and Kumari dances and a performance based on Bhaktapur’s Ghintang Ghisi dance. The participants are scheduled to perform on the beats of Newari traditional instrument, Dhime Baja.
