The election publicity materials were being supplied to Khagenkot and Dandagaun VDCs of Constituency No. 1 in the district.[break]
The poll-opposing CPN-Maoist cadres looted two mikes, 1000 pamphlets and 130 calendars, according to the UCPN (Maoist) leader and coordinator of the Constituency No. 1 Dambar Rawat.
Likewise, the cadres of the CPN-Maoist thrashed Ram Kumar KC of Khagenkot for carrying the publicity materials.
