At a program organized by Ranibari Milan Kentra and Ranibari Srijanshil Youth Club in the capital Friday morning, the UML leader said that all issues of the constitution should be finalized even by going to the people if the CA failed to draft the constitution within a year.
Pokhrel said that social harmony could be destabilized if only the issues of ethnicity and regionalism were raised adding that social unity was the uniqueness of the Nepali society.
During the program, Secretary at the Ministry of Physical Planning and Works Tulsi Prasad Sitaula urged one and all to participate in the campaign of the constitution drafting process by selecting the qualified candidates.
