Dahal revealed that he has proposed Baidya to join the election process and contest the polls under the same banner. [break]
"I have requested Baidya to contest the poll under the same flag and election symbol," said Dahal.
Speaking to media persons at Biratnagar on Sunday, Dahal said, "We had contested the last Constituent Assembly (CA) polls under the same flag." He maintained that the Baidya-led Maoist would be given a respectable space.
Dahal also claimed that the CA polls will be held on the scheduled date. "Baidya will also join the November polls," said Dahal, adding, "Their cadres would not foil the polls as they themselves would join the elections."
He added that the CA election was the only way to form a stable government.
He further claimed that their party would work for broader development of the Morang district.
