Political leaders from various parties, former diplomats, civil society leaders, media persons and Russian embassy officials, among others, were present at the function organized jointly by Nepal-Russia Friendship and Cultural Association (NRFCA) and Russian Center of Science and Culture. [break]
Addressing the function, Chairman of NRFCA Prof Bhagawan Das Manandhar underscored the need for review of Nepal´s foreign policy in the changed political context.
He asked the government to ink necessary bilateral agreements with Russia to attract more Russian investments in Nepal.
