The company is offering discount not only to customers who make full payment but also to those who would settle payment within a year.[break]
The company has opened booking for 69 individual homes in the second phase. The company is providing a discount of Rs 200,000 to Rs 400,000 to those who pay the total amount within a year. Likewise, the company will be providing discount up to 700,000 to those who settle the payment within two months.
The 3 to 8 anas individual homes will be handed over to the customers within a year. The company has fixed the price of individual homes at Rs 8.2 million to Rs 10.7 million.
The company has also announced booking for those who want to buy land in the project area. The customers buying land will have to build homes as per the company design rules.
According to the company those buying land at phase I have to construct the homes within three years and those buying land at phase II have to construct home within five years.
Rose Village phase II will have swimming pool, grocery, departmental store, health club, community hall and community office within its premises.
