It will also file complaints against irregularities in public services, said Assistant spokesperson of the office Jyoti Prasad Adhikari.
According to him, the members of the general public can file complaints or give information about any irregularities to the unit through fax, email, SMS and letters or call at hotline telephone numbers - 1111 and 1100.
The hotline unit has already started the services, said Adhikari.Meanwhile, the government has formed an investigation committee coordinated by the Secretary of Nepal Trust Jay Mukunda Khanal to investigate into the public complaints regarding road construction and maintenance inside Kathmandu Metropolis, Lalitpur Sub-metropolis, and Kalanki-Naubise road section and it has already started the investigation, said Assistant Spokesperson Adhikari.
