The company is constructing four eight-storied towers at Tinpaini in Biratnagar-2. Sushil Dhanwat, director of Eastern City Developers, told Republica that the company has already opened booking for the apartments.[break]
“We will have a total of 156 apartments with area ranging from 470 sq ft to 1,470 sq ft in the first phase,” Dhanawat added.
The apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms, will have facilities like attached bathroom, dining hall, swimming pool, child playground, and round the clock security, water and electricity supply.
Another director of the company Ganesh Agrawal informed that the apartments will be priced between Rs 2.2 million and Rs 3.5 million.
Eastern City Developers is also planning to construct housing colonies at Munal Path in Biratnagar-3 in the near future.
