BAGLUNG, July 25: A Community Information Centre has been established at Tribhuvan Higher Secondary School at Pianyupata-1 in Baglung district.
The Centre was established with an objective of increasing access of information and communications through community school. The Centre, established with the financial support of the Ministry of Information and Communications, was brought into operation from Sunday.
At an inaugural session, Under Secretary at the Ministry, Rudra Devi Sharma, said that the center was established with an objective of increasing 'digital' literacy in community, where students and communities could take benefit from it.
Different services including internet, lamination, photocopy and scanning are now available in the Centre.
The Ministry has been supporting to establish such center across the nation as per its policy and program. RSS
