DHANUSHA, August 1: Executive officer of the Janakpur Sub Metropolis, Arjun Prasad Subedi has been mishandled. He was physically abused despite the presence of Minister. 

Official Subedi was mishandled in course of inspection of a project supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) at local Vidyapatichok. 

The incident took place when the Minister for Urban Development Prabhu Sah was instructing the officials to remove the dillydallying in developmental projects there, at the same time Subedi was using his cell phone. 

Locals present there, at first requested Subedi to pay attention regarding the instruction of the Minister then mishandled him accusing him of not being serious on public issues. RSS
