The sumptuous cuisines, a fusion of Italian and Indian flavors, will be accompanied by an assortment of drinks mixed by India’s ace bartender Irfan Ahmed.[break]
“This will be the first food-fusion event to be organized in Nepal,” claims Raju Singh Sondhi, coordinator of the event. “Our intention is to focus on the blurring lines of dishes prepared all over the world. We hope the subtlety of Italian food is complimented by the spicy nature of Indian dishes,” he says.
He also terms the collaboration of the event with Antiquity Premium Whisky as adding an international touch to it. The three-day food carnival entitled “Alchemist of Flavors” will end on October 29.
Kenworthy and Ahmed are both masters in their respective fields, and have toured the world extensively.

Ahmed has mixed drinks for the rich and famous, including at the bars of the Indian Premier League (IPL) matches.
Also dubbed “Food Alchemist,” Kenworthy will be combining his technical skills and culinary creativity to entice food lovers with palates of Indo-Italian delights at the event. He will be preparing a signature mix of classic Italian dishes like Caesar Salad and Gnocchi with spices and also Indian cuisines like tikkis. Masala Chai is also on the menu.
For cocktail lovers, additionally, Ahmed’s cheeky mixes of spices, fruits, and dark chocolate will be a perfect medium to wash down the savory delights of Kenworthy’s.
Therefore, food connoisseurs all around will have a delectable address to head tonight – the Al Fresco at Soaltee Crowne Plaza.
