Pahalman Magar hit his 7-year-old son Bishal Magar with an axe over a domestic issue at Hattikharka VDC-7 on Tuesday night, the police said. Bishal died while undergoing treatment in Dharan.
Pahalman´s wife Ritumaya Magar and neighbor Tum Bahadur Magar were injured in the clash.
Police have arrested Pahalman.
Likewise, Dilmaya Limbu, 30, of Mudhebas VDC-8 died on Tuesday 12 days after her neighbor Dhanman Limbu had thrashed her.
Police have arrested Dhanman too.
