A total of 356 youths shaved their heads and participated in the rally as part of their campaign to pile pressure on Constituent Assembly (CA) and the political parties to be serious about constitution writing.
The rally began from Kamal Binayak. It passed through different parts of Bhaktapur before returning back to Kamal Binayak for conclusion.
Secretary of the group Ganesh Phuyal said the CA members should return salary and allowances that have taken from the state coffers for failing to draft the constitution on time.
