The deceased are identified as assistant driver of the truck Mukesh Mahato (20) and Hakim Miyan (50) of Bara, said the Area Police Office, Gajuri. Though it is said five persons including driver were traveling in the truck, condition of others is still unknown.
The truck with the registration number Na. 4 Kha 2163 was heading towards Kathmandu from Narayangadh.
The police have started an investigation into the accident and a rescue operation team has reached the accident site. The ill-fated vehicle has partially been seen in the river.
