CJ Rana to go to Supreme Court today at 3 PM

KATHMANDU, Dec 7: Suspended Chief Justice (CJ) Cholendra SJB Rana is going to the Supreme Court (SC) at 3 pm today.

He is going to go to the Supreme Court today at 3 pm after the Federal Parliament Secretariat sent a letter to the SC saying that the impeachment motion registered in the House of Representatives against CJ Rana had become inactive.

According to an employee of the Supreme Court, even though the court did not receive the letter declaring the impeachment inactive, Rana is going to go to the Supreme Court with the same letter.
