Six Nepalis were held on Sunday night with coins and cash from Anna Casino, and five others were arrested from Casino Royal in separate raids carried out by the police.
Meanwhile, the traffic police have taken action against some 2,000 drivers in the capital for violating traffic rules on Sunday, the Nepali New Year.
Spokesperson at the Traffic Division in Metropolitan Police Pawan Kumar Giri said action against 1,272 drivers was taken and 117 vehicles were impounded as of late afternoon.
He said the number further increased later in the evening.
