1 dead as police, armed group clash in Siraha

KATHMANDU: Police and a TaraI-based armed group clashed at Panbari of Siraha district Friday evening. According to Avenues Television, one member of the armed group, whose name was not given by the news channel, died in the clash, while another person sustained injuries. The TV channel said police has detained one member of the group.
