1.5B budget for Bhaktapur district

BHAKTAPUR, March 20: District Development Committee (DDC), Bhaktapur, proposed the budget of around Rs. 1.5 billion for the 2068/69 fiscal year.



According to Local Development Officer (LDO) Prava Pandey, the DDC has estimated the income of Rs. 347 million from the internal and external sources. [break]



Of the proposed budget, 88 per cent has been allocated for program and capital while some 12 per cent budget is for general expenditure.



The DDC has focused on ring road construction and construction and maintenance of roads.
