BHAKTAPUR, July 24: A person crushed by a tree in Sallaghari, Bhaktapur, has been identified. According to the police, one of the three people who were killed after being crushed by a tree in Bhaktapur's Sallaghari has been identified as Bisesh Kharbuja, 25, of Bhaktapur Municipality-2.
Three people were killed when a tree fell and crushed a bus and a scooter in Sallaghari in Bhaktapur. Two people in the minibus and one person on the scooter died when the tree fell and crushed the vehicles running on the road. A minibus (Ba 2 B 3584) and a scooter (Ba 61 P 3978) coming from Kathmandu to Bhaktapur were hit by a fallen tree.

According to Raju Pandey, Information Officer at Metropolitan Police Circle, Bhaktapur, the incident took place at 12:30 in the afternoon. In the incident, 15 people were injured and three people died. The names of the other two have not yet been identified. Both of them are male. The police said that they died during treatment. Other injured are being treated in different hospitals of Bhaktapur.
Further investigation into the incident is currently underway.
