Pigeons' Plea

Though they dwell
with dungeon dwellers
They are free and much canny
Than we human so stingy!

I love these
Homely birds pigeons
With their grunt of boorkoo
Cooing to call the mates
Or their pant of purttrtrtrr
Warning us an alarm of some danger!!

Every morning,
When I go to my rooftop
For a sight of sun,
They hover around me
Flapping their wings magnificently
Foraging for food
And I give them
Handful of beaten rice,
They dance and flutter,
Gives me a glance of thanks
So,
Whenever I go to the rooftop,
They come to greet me
And, I feel happy and blessed
At these peace commissioners'
Cooing plea of pleasure!!!
