YCL cadres seize goods of Mid-Marshyangdi contractor

LAMJUNG, Dec 24: Cadres of the Young Communist League (YCL), sister organization of the UCPN (Maoist) have seized the goods sold by DDC JV, the contractor company of the Mid-MarsHyangdi hydel project.



The YCL cadres took under their control on Wednesday a tripper and truck carrying generator, electric wires, containers and other construction materials from the construction site of the Project in Faliyasanghu.



The goods were seized as they were found to have been transported without necessary documents, the YCL has said.



Police Inspector Bhesh Raj Rizal of Area Police Office, Bhotewadar said that information had been received that the goods were sold to the ICCL company of Chitawn.
