Meteorologist Shanti Kandel said that minimum 1.4 degree Celsius temperature was recorded this time last year.
She said that the country would witness a dip in mercury for 15 to 20 days more, causing increment in cold conditions and thereafter weather would be normal. It said that increment in cold condition this year is normal phenomena during winter every year. RSS
