Upendra, Mahendra leave Patna leaving Rajendra behind

PATNA, Feb 2: Two among the three United Democratic Madhesi leaders who met the ruling party leaders of the Bihar State of India after participating in the Madhes discourse  held in Muzaffarpur have left for Birgunj on Tuesday morning.

Upendra Yadav and Mahendra Yadav had stayed overnight at Party Putala Nirman Hotel on Sunday night. Upendra and Mahato had booked the third floor of the hotel while Rajendra Mahator stayed at the first floor.


The UDMF leaders held talks with the chairman of Rastriya Janata Dal Lalu Prasad Yadav and Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Dejaswi Yadav before briefing the press meets. Following the press conference, Mahendra and Upendra boarded a vehicle while Rajendra got on to the other vehicle.

The three UDMF leaders are scheduled to hold talks with senior leader of Bharatiya Janata Party and former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Sushil Modi at 5 pm today.

Rajendra Mahato is attending a meeting in the City Hall in the afternoon today. The meeting between the three UDMF leaders and Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar has not yet been fixed over his busy schedule, a source said.
