KATHMANDU, March 27: CPN (Unified Socialist) has finalized its candidates for the forthcoming by-elections in Ilam-2 and Bhajang-1.
According to party sources, the party has selected Jit Bahadur Rai as its candidate for Ilam-2 and Dil Bahadur Singh for Bhajang-1.

Rai had previously served as the Chairman of Maijogmai Rural Municipality after his election in 2074.
By-elections are scheduled for April 27 in a constituency each of Ilam and Bhajang districts.
