KATHMANDU, Nov 24: Two matches are set to take place today in the second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL). Both games will be held at the TU International Cricket Stadium in Kirtipur.
The first match, scheduled for 11:45 AM, will see Janakpur Bolts take on Biratnagar Kings. Likewise, the second match between Karnali Yaks and Sudurpaschim Royals will begin at 4:00 PM.
Two exciting matches being held in NPL today
According to the current points table, Sudurpaschim Royals and Biratnagar Kings—both of which have played two matches—are in first and second place respectively, each with four points. Kathmandu Gorkhas, who have played three matches, sit in third place with two points. Pokhara Avengers, having lost both of their two matches, are at the bottom of the table.
The NPL, which began on November 17, features eight franchise teams: Janakpur Bolts, Sudurpaschim Royals, Karnali Yaks, Pokhara Avengers, Biratnagar Kings, Chitwan Rhinos, Kathmandu Gorkhas, and Lumbini Lions. The final will be held on December 13.
