Ministry for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Post Bahadur Bogati handed over the award to Nirola on the occasion of the magazine´s seventh anniversary on Tuesday. [break]
Speaking on the occasion, Bogati appreciated the role played by the NTB, media and private sector in the promotion of tourism. Likewise, other professionals and tourism entrepreneurs were felicitated on the occasion.
Tara Prasad Pandey, managing director of Unique Tibetan Industrial Thangka Art, was felicitated for his contribution in the promotion of Nepalese handicrafts.
Ram Kumar Adhikari of Maron Treks and Krishna Bahadur Magar of Amrit Travels and Tours were also felicitated on the occasion.
