The cadres of the organizations including Nepal Students Union (NSU), All Nepal National Free Students Union (ANNFSU) and All Nepal National Independent Students Union –Revolutionary (ANNISU-R) have demonstrated in front of the Chairman of Interim Election Council Khil Raj Regmi’s official residence today morning.
They had demonstrated for an hour from 8 am to 9 am.
The students have been carrying out demonstrations in protest of the recent price hike in the petroleum products.
On September 10, Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) had hiked the price of petrol by Rs 5, diesel and kerosene by Rs 3 and avian turbine fuel by 7 per liter.
