BIRATNAGAR, Sept 28:  Nepali Congress (NC) Vice-president Ram Chandra Paudel on Friday claimed that a new government would replace the incumbent government through street protests.

Speaking to reporters at Biratnagar Airport today, Paudel said that they are compelled to hit the street as the incumbent government has been trying to rule the country through ordinances when the country is facing a constitutional crisis. [break]

"The country would plunge into a state of confrontation, if the incumbent government continues to lengthen its stay in power through ordinances," Paudel warned.
