Shuttlers picked for SAG

KATHMANDU,  Dec 29: Nepal Badminton Association on Tuesday picked 14 players, including seven men and seven women, for the 12th South Asian Games through final selection event held at the capital.

Tribhuvan Army Club's Dipesh Dhami, Ratnajit Tamang and Nabin Shrestha, APF Club's Bikash Shrestha, Sudip Sedhai and Sajan Krishna Tamarakar are the men players to be selected for the SAG, while Army's Sara Devi Tamang, Nangasal Tamang, Amita Giri, Jesica Gurung, Megha Chand and Anju Rai and APF Club's Siksha Rai are the women shuttlers to get selected for the event.

There were 10 men and 8 women shuttlers in the final selection event played under round robin format.
