The Royal Nepal Golf Club pro Shrestha has a total of even-par 140. Four-strokes adrift at second position were Ramesh Adhikari, Sanjay Lama and Tham Bahadur Rai.[break]
The joint leader of first round, Lama played four-over 74, while local pro Rai shot even-par 70 and Adhikari carded two-over 72 for the total of four-over 144.
Surya Prasad Sharma, Sabin Sapkota and Deepak Neupane shared the fifth position at 145. Sharma carded two-over 72, while Sapkota, who was the joint leader along with Lama after the first round, played a round of five-over 75 and Deepak Neupane shot even-par 70 on the second day.
In the amateur section, member of Surya Nepal-NGA Junior Golf Program Dinesh Prajapati took a six-stroke lead over Tirtha Paudel and Sukra Raj Rai. Prajapati shot even-par 70 for a total of seven-over 147, while Paudel and Rai played five-over 75 for the total of 153.
Out of the total cash purse of Rs 425,000, the top three pros will receive Rs 80,000, Rs 50,000 and Rs 37,000 respectively.
