UML takes lead in Budhanilakantha Municipality

KATHMANDU, May 15: CPN UML candidate Uddhav Kharel takes lead in the vote count for mayor of Budhanilakantha Municipality in Kathmandu.

KATHMANDU, May 15: CPN UML candidate Uddhav Kharel takes lead in the vote count for mayor of Budhanilakantha Municipality in Kathmandu.

Kharel have garnered 879 votes by 1 pm on Monday while Raju Shrestha of Nepali Congress received 555 votes so far. Maoist Center Rabin Adhikari is in third place with 248 votes.
