Out of 12 participants, eight were short listed for the semi final round in which they answered questions from the jury. Five finalists were selected on the basis of their performance in the semi final round. [break]
The five finalists - Sanish Shakya, Dikpal Karki, Sandip Karki, Deepak Bhatta and Bikesh Shrestha were asked to write about their social commitment and responsibility as the winner of Manhunt International Nepal 2012 by President of Image Channel, R K Manandhar.

Bishal Hamal was awarded the subtitle for Mr Personality; Deepak Bhatta was declared the winner of Mr Photogenic subtitle, Dikpal Karki won the award for the talent round, Sanish Shakya was awarded the subtitle for Best Physique, Chetan Dhungel was declared Mr Popular, Dinesh Manandhar won the award for Best Dress and Bikesh Shrestha was given the friendship award.
Musician Shyam Nepali played two of his compositions on Sarangi and a ‘Kal Bhairab Nritya’ was also performed during the program. The winner of Manhunt International 2012 will go on to represent Nepal in Manhunt International 2012 in Bangkok from November 1 to 11, 2012.
The event was organized by Group of Event Entertainers (GEE).
